About shipping

TYMO offers traceable delivery services for purchased products. Shipping is free within Japan.

We ship orders within 1 business day. It may take 2-3 business days for tracking numbers to become active.

Standard delivery time within Japan is 5-7 business days.
Express delivery time within Japan is 3-5 business days.

Please note: The delivery times above are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary, and delays may occur, especially during holidays and peak seasons.

Once your tracking number is active, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with delivery information. You can also sign in to your account to track your order status.

*Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
